Terms Of Service

1. REVISIONS (only applied for full shaded artstyle)
- when you recived the sketch, i'll give you 3x revisions
- when the art is on 50%, i'll give you 2x revisions
- when the art is on 75%, i'll give you 1x revision
- if you ask for art revisions when the art is completed, will cost 10% of agreed payment.2. CANCELING ART COMMISSION
- The art commissioner are ABLE to cancel the commission and money can be refund with a valid reasons,if the progress is on <50%. if the progress is >50%, there is no refund.
- The artist are ABLE to cancel the commission and money will be refund ,if the progress is on <50%. if the progress is >50%, there is no refund.3. ART USAGE
- if the art is used for commercial use, will cost 45% of agreed payment.
- if you want to share the art on social media, please
share the watermarked one, and please credits to me.
- the artist is able to share and use the commissioned art for the portofolio.
- DO NOT use as tracing, highly referenced, re-sell, claimed the art. yes, you did buy my art, but i've work on that, so please show some respect for the artist.4. ART PROGRESS
PLEASE, ask me to share the current art progress to you. this may help us to prevent some miscommunications, and it'll help me to be more profesional.

PROCESS

1. ORDER
Once you're ready to order art commission from me,
please DM me trough Twitter/Discord, or email me with this format:
"hi! my name is (your name).
i've seen your carrd.co, and it gain some interest in me. I would like to have a disscussion about the commission."
By ordering art commission from me, you have agreed to my TOS.
remember to be a nice person while chatting to someone ^^2. ART STEPS
there is 4 steps in art progress
- <25%, or rough sketch
- <50%, should be done by the lineart and base colour
- <75%, should be done by the shading
- 100%, the completed art3. PAYMENT
payment will devided into 2 steps
- first payment only cost 25% from agreed payment.
- once the art is done and shared the "file.jpg" to you, you must pay the rest of them, and i'll email the result.
(note: if you happen to know me irl, **PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME FOR FREE ART/FRIEND DISCOUNT. **yes, i am serious.)
